Internal seal design

    This advanced Internal Mechanical Seal is engineered for superior performance and reliability in centrifugal pump applications.  Its optimized design enables faster self-lubrication, minimizing initial friction and wear to ensure smooth operation from startup.  This translates directly to an extended service life, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

    Constructed with food-grade certified materials, the seal features durable Stainless Steel (typically 304) components paired with highly wear-resistant faces of Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Carbon-Graphite.  This material combination ensures exceptional corrosion resistance and compliance with stringent hygiene standards for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing.

    The seal incorporates an easy-clean design, featuring smooth surfaces and minimized crevices.  This simplifies sanitation procedures, supports effective CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes, and prevents product buildup, making it ideal for applications demanding strict cleanliness.

Replace the seal

1. Take off the big clamp and head

2. Release the impeller screw and take off the impeller

3. Take off the old seals behind the impeller

4. Insert the new dynamic ring onto the impeller rod and apply lubricating oil

5. Install the static ring on the hole of the pump seat and apply lubricating oil

6. Install impeller and screw

7. Install pump head and big clamp

Standard Warranty: 12 months (Mechanical seals as vulnerable parts are easily affected by manual operation and are therefore not covered by warranty).
Factory Inspection: Each pump undergoes a 2-hour continuous start-up test and pressure test before leaving the factory.(If you purchase from a distributor, please consult the distributor for the delivery date)
